The Women’s Council thanks everyone who contributed to last week’s collection for the Life Centers.  Your donation saves lives every day, babies, and mothers alike.  You donated $6,457.00.  Thank you.

We have a special collection for the victims of Hurricane Helene this weekend 10/12 & 10/13/2024, as Bishop Tim Freyer has invited all parishes to do. If you wish to donate, please do so after Mass. The collection baskets will be displayed in the front row.

We have a free Flu Shot event scheduled for Saturday, October 19th, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the parish hall. Walgreens will host it for our parishioners. Please ask your family and friends to come.

We will have a 2nd collection next weekend, Oct 19, and Oct 20, 2024, for World Mission Sunday.  This collection is a unique, global effort for the entire Church to provide for the building up of over one thousand local churches in Asia and Africa, the Pacific Islands, and parts of Latin America and Europe. Through the work of these churches and their witness to Christ, the poor receive practical help and experience God’s love and mercy, His hope and peace.
