Thank you 2024 Volunteers!
Another year is about to end, and we want to extend appreciation to the dedicated men and women who volunteer behind the scenes supporting our Church here at St. Polycarp. Every Thursday immediately following the 8:30 AM English Mass, the Vietnamese Community has formed a volunteer cleaning crew to dust the pews and wiping them with sanitizer. They vacuum the Sacristy and the Altar area, cleaning the three public restrooms and the confession booths. Their hard work is well noticed by many of the parishioners visiting our Church. The second volunteer cleaning crew formed by the Hispanic Community comes around 4:30 PM every Monday. Their goal is to keep our church clean by doing it twice a week and indeed these beautiful hearts have continuously given a shiny look to our Church. We also have a few volunteers in our parish office and the faith formation programs as well as the youth and the music ministry to serve with whatever is needed throughout the year. Thank you for your dedication to serving our parish and may the good Lord continue to bless you and your family throughout this Christmas season.
